SkillBeaver processes personal data for candidate evaluation, resume parsing, and interview assessments based on explicit consent and applicable data-protection law.

1. Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing

Personal data is collected and processed solely for technical candidate evaluation, resume parsing, interview scheduling, recruitment administration, and related platform functions. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

2. Data Principal Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Data Principals retain rights to access, correct, and erase their personal data, withdraw consent, and exercise the Right to Nominate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to verification and legal retention requirements.

3. Data Retention & Security

Candidate profile and interview evidence are retained only for active recruitment cycles or until consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable regulatory, contractual, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. Data Minimization & Access Controls

Access to candidate assessments and interview recordings is strictly restricted to authorized recruiters and hiring managers within the evaluating organization.
