SkillBeaver is developed for organizations, recruitment agencies, and talent acquisition professionals utilizing AI-assisted hiring workflows.

1. Platform Use & Eligibility

SkillBeaver provides automated candidate screening, adaptive technical AI interviews, and evidence-backed scoring tools. Access is intended for verified companies, recruitment agencies, and authorized candidates. All usage must comply with applicable employment and data privacy laws.

2. Nature of AI Outputs (Advisory Only)

All candidate assessments, rubrics, scores, and rankings generated by SkillBeaver are advisory evaluations designed to assist human recruiters. Authorized human hiring managers retain sole discretion and responsibility for hiring decisions. SkillBeaver does not guarantee any employment outcome.

3. Account Security & Access Control

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions conducted through their accounts. Multi-tenant isolation ensures data remains segregated between enterprise accounts.

4. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Candidate and employer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Modifications & Governing Law
